5th Grade Students Connect Math with Real Life! ⚖️🍓🍍🍏🍒🍎

As part of their mathematics lesson, 5th grade students at Doğa International Schools brought their learning to life by applying the topics of “Money” and “Weight Measurements” during a hands-on trip to the Girne Wednesday Market. Accompanied by their teachers, students practiced budgeting and weighing as they completed their own shopping. Following their educational market experience, students enjoyed a delightful picnic at Alsancak Doğa Park with the fresh fruits and vegetables they had purchased. Spending time in nature added joy to the day and helped reinforce what they had learned in a fun and memorable way. This activity, led by their teachers, turned into an unforgettable experience—making learning both meaningful and enjoyable.
