A journey to the magical world of poetry with ‘Dance of Sounds’…

The traditional poetry recital of Eastern Mediterranean Nature Primary School took place on 6 March 2025, Thursday evening at Rauf Raif Denktaş Culture and Congress Centre.
Ayşe Tural, Fatma Akilhoca, Şirin Zaferyıldızı Zaimağaoğlu, Dervişe Güneyyeli Kutlu and Şirin Zaferyıldızı Zaimağaoğlu, our Cypriot poets Ayşe Tural, Fatma Akilhoca, Fatma Akilhoca, Şirin Zaferyıldızı Zaimağaoğlu and Dervişe Güneyyeli Kutlu, who added meaning to the emotions with their voices and strong pens and left deep traces on this tiny island, were invited to attend the night and the audience once again discovered the power and depth of poetry accompanied by the emotionally charged lines of the poets. In this night, which was organised with the participation of fifth grade students in order to help students gain the ability to express their feelings through poems and to teach them how to interpret poetry, all students performed the most beautiful works of great poets on the stage with great confidence. Both the students and the audience enjoyed the visual feast and the combination of music and poetry.
