📍 IGCSE Geography Fieldwork | Alagadi Beach
As part of our IGCSE Geography course, students participated in a fieldwork trip to Alagadi Beach to investigate coastal erosion. 🌊
They divided the beach into five sections and collected five rock samples from each. Students measured the size, angularity, and roundness of each rock to gather quantitative data. They also drew detailed field sketches of the beach environment to support qualitative analysis. ✍️🪨
This hands-on experience helped students apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, while also enhancing key geographical skills like observation, data collection, and critical thinking.
