New project at Doğa International Schools Preschool Department: ‘Teacher from Home’ ✏️📙📗
Doğa International Schools’ pre-school department has launched a brand new initiative, the ‘Teacher from Home’ project, which involves parents in our pupils’ educational journey! As part of the project, parents are invited to the school every week. Sometimes they prepare lesson content based on their own professions, and sometimes they prepare content in line with our classes’ weekly themes, becoming the class teacher for an hour. This allows our parents to get to know their children’s school environment up close, while also taking a step into the world of educators, experiencing a stronger culture of empathy and cooperation. Our students are delighted to have a family member as a guest in their classroom, making them feel special and valued.
With the ‘Teacher from Home’ programme, we begin to live family-school cooperation not only through meetings and events, but at the heart of the classroom. 💚
At Doğa International Schools, we believe that the most powerful impact on a child’s education comes when the school and family work hand in hand.
Thank you, my teacher from home!🌺
We sincerely thank our valued parents who contributed to this wonderful project in its first week: Mehtap Gülerman, Demet Zorlu, İpek-Hüseyin Aşık, Kateryna Polat, Nihal Roza, Seda Özoğlu, and Ayten Mutluel! 💐
