102nd Year Republic Celebration at Eastern Mediterranean Doğa Primary School

Eastern Mediterranean Doğa Primary School celebrated the 102nd anniversary of the Republic with great enthusiasm. At the ceremony, which attracted significant interest from parents, students, teachers and guests collectively experienced the meaning and importance of Republic Day.
The programme began with a moment of silence and the National Anthem, followed by a speech by School Principal Şansel Fırtınaer. Fırtınaer emphasised the value of the Republic for the Turkish nation and reminded everyone of their responsibility to protect the Republic, which is Atatürk’s legacy.
The students’ poetry, oratory and gymnastics performances were highly appreciated. The marches performed by the school choir brought the excitement in the hall to its peak.
The event ended with applause and the message, ‘The Republic will live forever.’
