As part of their Cyprus History lesson, our 8th-grade students took an educational field trip to Nicosia, visiting the Dr. Fazıl Küçük Museum, Samanbahçe Houses, Büyük Han, Bandabulya, and the Selimiye Mosque.
During the trip, our students had the opportunity to examine firsthand the important figures who shaped Turkish Cypriot history, traditional living spaces, Ottoman-era architectural structures, and the cultural heritage of Nicosia. By observing the information, they learned in class in the field, our students better understood the connection between the past and the present, and grasped the importance of preserving our historical and cultural values. This educational and enjoyable trip was an unforgettable learning experience for our students.
