CHILDREN OF DOĞA MET THEIR FRIENDS IN NATURE!

The Eastern Mediterranean Doğa Kindergarten-Primary School celebrated ‘4 October World Animal Rights Day’ with great enthusiasm. Students, who internalise a love of nature and animals through ecology lessons as part of the nature-based education model, made a meaningful contribution to the annual ‘A Bowl of Happiness’ project by donating food for their animal friends. The event began early in the morning with the distribution of leaflets and was enlivened by poems prepared by the students and the reading of the Animal Rights Declaration. The children’s pets were embraced with great affection, while the younger pupils had the opportunity to get to know their friends in nature more closely. Eastern Mediterranean Doğa Nursery and Primary School continues to organise awareness-raising events with its pupils, adding value to nature, animals and life.
