We are in Doğa with our identity as producers!

At Eastern Mediterranean Doğa Kindergarten-Primary School, pupils experienced the joy of producing and sharing through their Ecology lesson. The seed planting and vegetable seedling planting activity carried out in the school garden over the past few weeks was crowned with the Pickle Festival held this week. Under the guidance of their teachers, kindergarten and first-grade students enjoyed the pleasure of touching the soil and experienced the joy of production by making their own pickles, bottling nature’s bounty in jars. Living in harmony with nature, learning through production, and growing through sharing, the children learned the value of patience, hard work, and sharing. At the end of the event, the pupils watered the seedlings they had planted and took their pickle jars home to share with their families. These special moments, full of colourful images, were both educational and an unforgettable experience.
